Tap o’ Noth Farm
Tap o’ Noth Permaculture is a fledgling micro-farm near the village of Rhynie in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Set on 8 acres comprising a 1 acre market garden, chickens for pasture raised eggs, forest gardens, ponds, fields, mixed broadleaf woodland and a small herd of Shetland cattle. We hope to expand our livestock by raising pasture/woodland pork over the next year.
We also operate as a Permaculture design demonstration and education site, running residential courses. We are an official ScotLAND Centre for the Permaculture Association (UK) and a Permaculture Research Institute (PRI/AU) Master Plan Site.
2016 will be our first year as a CSA, producing ecologically grown vegetables and eggs for our local community via a box scheme and from a onsite farm shop.
