Banc Organics

Banc Organics grows on 2 acres of biodynamic land, with 6 polytunnels. It provides local organic fruit, herbs, vegetables and wholefoods through Suma Co-op and other local produce. Customers order through an online shop. Deliveries are made to a number of local hubs where customers collect their bags. Bags are £15 for large, £11 for medium, and £8 for small bags.

Camel CSA

Camel CSA start everyone with a 4-week veg box trial to see how you get on. A weekly small box trial costs £28 for 4 weeks; a standard box trial costs £42. Or you can choose to have the boxes fortnightly. During your box trial you’ll get complimentary social membership of Camel CSA, their not-for-profit community supported agriculture scheme. Delivery to home or work is an extra £2 each week, or £1 if delivered to a collection point. They are offering free cloth bags to everyone who signs up for CSA Day UK.

Chadlington Kitchen Garden

Chadlington Kitchen Garden grows fruit, vegetables and many varieties of salad in Chadlington, Oxfordshire. The CSA’s members pay a monthly subscription and in return receive a weekly share of the produce from the garden during the growing season.  Their shares provide 25 members with a weekly seasonal salad share that works out at £25 a month. They are planning to launch their salad share on CSA Day UK – 1 March 2017. They’d also love to welcome anyone wanting to visit the Kitchen Garden and see what they’re doing at CKG on 1 March. Community Harvest Whetstone

Community Harvest Whetstone are a sustainable, local vegetable growing cooperative in South Leicestershire. They offer a Standard size veg share for £37/month and Large share for £70/month, they have a 4 week trial offer for £28 so 4 weeks for the price of 3!.

The Crossing Forest Row

Shares are £10 per week for salad bags, smoothie bags, and a selection of fruit and veg all grown at The Crossing, Forest Row. Extras include occasional Sauerkraut, Wild Ramson Pesto and Bramble Jam. Farnham Local Food

Vegetables are available for collection all year round. They grow as much themselves as possible and only buy in supplies where necessary to make up a balanced share. Harvesting begins at 9.30am every Saturday and produce is available for collection from 1pm until 4pm. Share scheme participants weigh their own produce according to the allocation of the day. Their Family Share cost is £15.50 per week, the Standard (2 to 3 person) share is £11.50 per week and the single person share is £7.50 per week. (2015 prices).

Food Smiles

FoodSmiles is a Community Supported Agriculture project based in St Albans. They hope to make local food and food-growing more accessible, bring their community together and become a new source of local food. Members pay an annual fee and commit to a certain number of hours work on the farm in return for a share of their weekly harvests. They have four different types of membership available to suit different lifestyles.

Fork & Dig It

Fork & Dig It provide weekly organic fruit and veg deliveries straight from Stanmer Organics to your door in Brighton. Local organic produce is delivered weekly for 40 weeks from June 2017 until March 2018. Only £13.50 per week– that’s £54 per month for the 10 months! GO Local Food

Go Local Food is a local food co-op growing a wide range of amazing vegetables all year round. They currently have a two-acre site in Ovington at the Halls of Heddon site. Their standard crop share is £50/month. You can also get a work share if you work 4 hours per week. Join today and receive your first month of vegetables FREE.

Glasgow Locavore

Locavore deliver local organic veg boxes to over 200 households per week across much of west central Scotland with produce grown in their gardens and sourced from other local organic growers. What’s in the box varies from week to week with the seasons with our standard box containing 7-9 varieties each week. Their standard organic veg box is £52 per month. They’re offering a 25% discount off their first veg box deliveries to members’ friends, family or neighbours.

Hempsals Community Farm

Hempsals Community Farm just outside the village of Willingham, near Cambridge have 5 acres of farmland that they use for growing fruit and vegetables and keeping pigs, sheep, goats, geese, turkeys, chickens, ducks, and bees. They offer three types of full membership this year, a large share, a half share and a vegetarian share and also a mini membership.

Leconfield Grange

Leconfield Grange near Beverley produce their meat on a Community Supported Agriculture basis. They sell Pork and Lamb in advance. That means that their customers pay for the meat before the animals arrive on site. This allows them to know how many customers they have (allowing them to keep costs down) and it gives customers the chance to get to know the smallholding and how they raise the animals.

The Oak Tree Low Carbon Farm

The Oak Tree Low Carbon Farm in Rushmere-St-Andrew, East Ipswich are now looking for new members to sign up for a box from June 2017. CSA members enjoy an equal share of all the vegetables grown on the farm, for a weekly price of £9 per week. Members commit to work a minimum number of hours on the farm: at least two hours per week on average during the busy season.

Old Lands CSA

Colum Pawson has set up, and runs, a CSA scheme in the walled garden and orchard at Old-Lands in Monmouthshire. The scheme’s members pay a monthly subscription and in return receive a weekly share of the produce from the garden. They charge £12.50 for a single fruit and veg share and £7.50 for a half share and offer people the chance of a four week trial. They are offering the first week of the trial for free as part of CSA Day UK.

Riverside Market Garden

Riverside Market Garden (RMG) deliver vegbags on a Wednesday to Cardiff, Bridgend and the Vale area. You can get small £9, standard £12 or large £15.50. They are offering a free RMG jute bag to new customers if you sign up for a veg delivery on 1st March to support National CSA Day! Just email admin@riversidemarketgarden.co.uk

Southern Roots Organics

Southern Roots Organics have chosen Wednesday 1st March, National Community Supported Agriculture day, to launch the first Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) project in Dorset.  Southern Roots Organics run a market garden on 2 acres of land rented from Lower Hewood Farm in West Dorset. In addition to supplying local cafes, restaurants and pubs they are now offering 25 households within 10 miles of the farm the opportunity to buy a ‘share of the harvest’ for the 2017 growing season.

Waterland Organics

Waterland Organics run a vegetable box scheme CSA in and around Cambridge. They will be delivering July to end of February, which is 34 weeks.  Shares vary from £156 to £394 per season . If you sign up by the 31st March you’ll get a 5% discount if you use the code CSADAY in the promo box.
