Norton Court Farm is seeking collaborators in a number of agricultural ventures in
Gloucestershire. The farm is set over 938 acres and benefits from diversified, well-established,
farming operations. Whether you are interested in share farming, contract farming, or establishing a
new enterprise, we are open to discussing potential arrangements that align with our holistic
context.

Farm Objectives:

• Regenerative Farming: Focus on low-input, regenerative practices to produce nutrient-dense
  food, improve soil health, enhance ecosystem services, and promote biodiversity. This involves
  reducing synthetic inputs, increasing soil organic matter, and integrating livestock into crop
  rotations.
• Profitability: Ensure the farm remains profitable. As part of this, we seek to market a portion of
  our produce directly to consumers.
• Community: We aim to be a beacon for innovation and regenerative farming with strong
  community values, particularly knowledge sharing.
• Team Ethos: We promote a positive work environment and a good work-life balance.
  Opportunities:
• We currently have a 180-cow dairy, beef enterprise and in-hand arable operation. We are
  exploring joint ventures for these enterprises together with market gardening, pastured poultry
  and agroforestry. We are also open to other enterprises which further support our regenerative
  objectives
  Partner Qualifications:
• We are looking for people with a passion for regenerative agriculture and ideally a track record
  of management.
• We are open to working with new or experienced farmers, agricultural entrepreneurs, or anyone
  with a drive for developing new enterprises.
• Experience or an appetite for direct marketing is desirable.
• Established farm businesses and individuals are equally encouraged to inquire.
