Running a CSA isn’t just about growing brilliant veg. Like many people running small organisations, growers find they are suddenly in a position of leadership without any training or support.
Setting up and leading teams of staff and volunteers to meet the demands of a small scale growing project can be tricky. Working out how to employ staff to meet the seasonal needs of a farm and figuring out how best to use volunteers is crucial. Managing a board and customers can be just as challenging.
In this webinar, we’ll explore how to set up and lead a well functioning team of staff and volunteers without feeling like you’re spending all your time organising other people.
