The Community Farm is looking for an experienced finance person to manage their finances confidently. As a small organisation, there’s plenty of scope within the Finance Manager role to be part of key decisions and operations from food and farming to communities and wildlife. 

As Finance Manager, you will ensure financial stability and cash flow to fund The Farm’s activities. You need to be confident in creating forecasts and supporting the Senior Team to work within their budgets, ensuring the team responds swiftly to changes that impact The Farm’s finances. You’ll be supported by the Finance and Administrative Assistant responsible for processing day-to-day financial transactions and the Fundraiser leading on grants and donations. As a vital member of the Senior Team, you’ll need to be just as happy working with people as you are with numbers!
