The CSA Network UK is pleased to announce a new project in West Yorkshire funded by the National Lottery Community Fund. And as part of this will be hiring a Freelance Activities Coordinator.
Friendly Farms is a new project providing outdoor activities at Kirkstall Valley Farm and Swillington Organic Farm between August 2026 and Oct 2027. Funded by the National Lottery Community Fund the Friendly Farms project is linked to the CSA Network’s Your Farm Your Community work in Leeds.
The activities will boost wellbeing through engagement with nature; support the farms’ sustainability, productivity and accessibility; encourage sharing knowledge about growing and food; wellbeing and arts activities will bring people together. The programme will be co-created with the farms’ volunteers, members and the local community. Activities will be free, accessible, welcoming and some will be designed for families.
As part of this we are hiring an Activity Coordinator deadline 22nd June 2026. See more here.
