Urban Biodiversity CIC, the team behind Newquay Orchard, is looking for an inspiring Market Garden Development Lead to build on the success of our veg bag scheme, Grown by Newquay Orchard, lead volunteers and drive forward our food strategy. Do you have a passion for agroecological growing, social justice and the skills to lead a thriving, community-focused market garden?

As Market Garden Development Lead, you’ll be responsible for year-round crop production, enterprise development and leadership across our market gardens at two beautiful sites in Cornwall. This is both a hands-on and strategic business development role, perfect for someone who loves growing but also thrives on building a sustainable, values led community organisation.
