Members are at the core of what a CSA is. Without members, your CSA doesn’t exist. So how do you get them? Just as importantly, how do you keep them?
Recruiting new members and keeping them happy is an issue that all CSAs have to grapple with at some point. Without a list of customers eager for your produce, it can be difficult to keep your CSA running.
Why do some CSAs have a waiting list and others struggle?
