In March 2021 the Network got together four inspiring CSAs to share their tips on growing – and retaining – numbers for your CSA scheme. We delve into all the tools at your disposal including social media, newsletters and real life events. How do you tell the story of your project? How do you interact with and engage your current members? Many CSAs have seen a surge in demand – and members – since the start of the Covid pandemic, so we also explored techniques you can use to keep your new members signed up and reduce the inevitable ‘churn’.
