TRAINEE GROWER WITH WEEKLY STIPEND

Available from March – October 2023

This is a fantastic role for someone who wants to gain solid growing experience in a well-established market garden. We propagate most of our crops in the greenhouse before transferring to our 4 acres of land, including two large polytunnels. There is ample opportunity to develop a wide range of skills and work with others who are passionate about growing amazing food.

The trainee grower role is 5 days a week – including some weekend hours. We offer a £60/week stipend plus accommodation in our delightful farmhouse with full board. Come and enjoy our lovely organic communal cooking!

There is added excitement at the Fold this year because we are converting to a CSA scheme (community supported agriculture). It’s a whole new experience for us, and you can join our farm team to make it a success!
